Alterations to business operations and supply capability during the coronavirus crisis

The coronavirus crisis is forcing companies to adapt their production processes and business operations to this unprecedented situation. New, creative solutions are required in order to meet our customers’ requirements and needs, with the safety of our employees and customers of course remaining our top priority.  

We have, therefore, decided to compress our manufacturing hours, technical support and administrative function availability into a 4-day week. We shall be available Mondays to Thursdays from 8.00 to 16.15.

By doing so, we will also minimise the risk of infection to the staff at our Bernsdorf factory.

Despite this action, we are sure that we can offer you the same service to which you are accustomed, with rapid delivery and short lead times. We are working urgently on the Aluform digitalisation strategy and will shortly be proposing a further innovation in this context.

Our specialist advisers in the field can be contacted at their home office and will be pleased to answer your call, advise on all questions relating to your building project, prepare quotations and specifications and take your orders – including through a web conference to which we will be happy to invite you at your request.

Our logistics team is continuing to deliver your orders in time. Opening hours for incoming goods deliveries are: Mondays to Thursdays, 8.00 to 14.30.
